Our Human Resources Policy : Human
Resources Department is one of 3 main support units of the
General Management. It was established to carry out all
the modern human resources operations by adapting them to
our corporate culture to provide a creative and innovative
business environment. The Human Resources Department continuously
develops all the technical hardware and the capabilities
to help our more than one thousand employees in order carry
out their work with high quality and efficiency.
Human Resources Department undertakes the main job of gathering
candidates having "future management potential"
to take us to our target in 2007. On the other hand, we
carry out continuous training, performance evaluation and
career planning, apply efficient salary management, promotion
and recognition systems and a proposition award system based
on efficient, fair and objective measurement methods. We
are also working to render services and organize activities
for the happiness of our employees and their families both
at work and outside the working hours. Our aim is a happy
employee and a successful company.
